Lecture Highlights
- Inventories and photographs when you move in so owner can't accuse you of damaging anything
- Report all repairs
- Make sure there's a radiator - heating not req'd by law
- Make sure the landlord won't plonk you with a professional cleaning bill before you leave
- LOCATED NEAR A SUPERMARKET (this is in the booklet. i have proof!)
- Everything in writing (well common sense really)
- Photo of average flat in zone 1 looked really sad but I just rmbred we won't be spending much time at home anw
- Make sure the contract you sign is exactly the same as the contract you were shown
- Be very clear about how you go abt claiming back the housing deposit, get it in writing
